1. Click MY ACCOUNT link at the top right corner of this page.

2. Enter any changes to your account profile in the appropriate box.

Once you have updated your profile, click "SUBMIT" or "CHANGE PASSWORD".

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You can create an account by clicking the SIGN UP link at the top of this page. Kindly fill in your details (User ID, Password, Name, Address, Email Address, etcetera). If you are BADAN Discount Cardholder, kindly fill in the Badan Member Number column. Once you have completed the Online Member Registration, click SUBMIT button. You will receive a confirmation email stating your USER ID and PASSWORD.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled by contacting the our Customer Service directly before making any payment. Once payment has been made, you cannot cancel an order (or part of an order).

HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY ORDER?

At the time you place your order, you will receive an online confirmation that we have received your order. If you do not receive our auto order confirmation email, please kindly inform our Customer Service.

STEP 1 - LOGIN

Please login with your registered ID. If you haven’t registered, please do so by clicking SIGN UP.

STEP 2 - FIND THE ITEMS YOU WANT

You can enter Book Title, Publisher, Author or Book ISBN number and press SEARCH button. Click on the image to find more information about the item.

STEP 3 - ADD THE ITEMS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART

When you find the items you would like to buy, click ADD TO CART. It will appear at the corner of the page. You can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to buy.

STEP 4 - CLICK CHECKOUT

STEP 5 - UPDATE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

STEP 6 - CHOOSE PAYMENT TYPE

STEP 7 - CLICK SUBMIT

Once you have submit your order, you will receive an online confirmation that we have received your order. Please DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT yet until your order has been processed manually by us. This is because our inventories fluctuate every day. We will check our inventories and then send another email to inform about stock availability and total payment that you have to make. If you do not receive our auto order confirmation email within 24 hours, kindly inform our Customer Service.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

Stock replenishment normally takes 3 - 4 weeks, though some products may be back ordered and can take longer. You will be notified through email when the product comes in.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

At the moment, we offer 3 types of payment; namely DIRECT BANK IN, BANK TRANSFER and PAYPAL.

We use PAYPAL for credit card payment (Amex, Visa, and Mastercard). Payment Request will be send to your email respectively. A minimum purchase of RM 180.00 is required for payment through PAYPAL (excluding Delivery Charges).

You can also make Online Transaction (INTERBANK/DIRECT TRANSFER) to our CIMB Account.

WHAT IS THE PERK OF BUYING ONLINE IF I'M A BADAN CEMERLANG DISCOUNT CARD MEMBER?

You will be entitle to below discount for Online Purchases (refer Terms & Conditions):

1. 10% discount if you are paying by Cash

2. 5% discount if you are paying by Credit Card (PAYPAL)

If you do not own our Membership and wish to have one, kindly download Membership Form and fill in all the details. Once you have completed the form, kindly make payment of RM 5.00 to our CIMB Bank Account. Attach your proof of payment together with the form and email it to our Customer Service for further action.
   
   
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

All products, once sold are non-returnable or exchange except for the following:
• Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
• Product is found to be faulty.

WHERE DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you received your order. You may contact our Customer Service to arrange for any return/exchange of merchandise. We will exchange the same product or same value amount. Cash is not refundable. Shipping charges for returns will be fully borned by customer.

FREE DELIVERY

All orders with minimum purchase of RM 650.00 (WEST MALAYSIA) & RM 800.00 (EAST MALAYSIA) (excluding Shipping Charges) qualify for Free Delivery. At the moment, Free Delivery applies for orders shipped within Malaysia (East & West) only.

Minimum purchase is calculated after discounts are applies. Delivery Charges and taxes, if applicable, will not be included to meet the RM 650.00 & RM 800.00 minimum.

The Free Delivery offer will not apply to any order where cancellation/amendment has been made and reduces the amount purchases to less than stated amount. Customer will be charged for applicable Delivery Charges based on weight.

Badanbookstore.com have the right to discontinue or change the Free Delivery minimum amount at any time.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?

Delivery charges are determined by:

• Total weight of items (unless your order qualifies for Free Delivery)
• Shipping address (kindly ensure you select the right country before proceed to checkout)

Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate the total shipping charges when you checkout. All items will be shipped via Poslaju Malaysia. For Free Delivery orders, items will be shipped via Pos Domestik Malaysia.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

That depends on where one resides. Basically it takes 2 to 4 business days for Local (Malaysia) and about 6 to 17 business days for International Shipments.

All orders will dispatch within 48 hours after payment is received. After your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number where you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.

NOTE: Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysia Public Holidays.
